The Clinical Scribe feature in our healthcare AI SaaS product allows you to efficiently manage and refine clinical notes. This article will guide you through the process of editing and approving notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in your clinical documentation.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure you have the necessary permissions to access and edit clinical notes in your account. You should also have a basic understanding of the Clinical Scribe feature and its functionality.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Clinical Scribe dashboard.
- Locate the note you want to edit and click on the "Edit" button next to it.
- Make the necessary changes to the note in the editing panel. You can add, remove, or modify text, as well as insert or delete sections.
- Once you've made your changes, click the blue "Save" button in the top right corner to save the updated note.
- If you have the necessary permissions, you can approve the note by clicking the "Approve" button.
- In the approval dialog box, confirm that you want to approve the note and add any optional comments.
- Click the "Approve" button to finalize the approval process.
Common Issues
