Common Issues
- Failed Connection: If you encounter a failed connection error, check your EHR credentials and ensure you have the necessary permissions.
- Note Not Found: If the note you're trying to export is not found in your EHR, verify that the patient and note details match exactly in both systems.
- Export Timeout: If the export process times out, try reducing the amount of data being exported or contact your EHR support for assistance.
- Data Mismatch: If you notice discrepancies in the exported data, review your Clinical Scribe settings and EHR configuration to ensure consistency.
- Error Messages: If you receive an error message during export, take a screenshot and contact Clinical Scribe support for help.
